Let us tell you the recipe of some such snacks, which are full of flavor and can be prepared in few minutes. At the same time, their taste will double the fun of your party.

1. Samosa: First of all, mix all purpose flour, desi ghee, little salt and carom seeds in a big vessel, then add water little by little and knead a hard dough. After this, add boiled potatoes, green chillies, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, peas, paneer etc. in a bowl and mix it well. Now make a shape of samosa from the dough and fill it with potato mixture, then put it in a pan and fry it till it becomes golden brown. Similarly prepare all the samosas.

2. Spiral Potato: First put the potato in a big stick, then cut the potato into round and thin in the shape of a spiral. Similarly prepare three to four potatoes. After this, fry all the spiral potatoes in a pan till they turn golden brown. After this, add red chili powder, a little oregano and salt as per taste in a bowl and mix it well, then sprinkle this spice over the spiral potatoes and taste them.

3. Garlic Cheese Toast: First of all, put cheese (as required) and a little garlic powder in a bowl and mix them well. Now take three slices of bread in a tray and apply butter on them. After this, pour cheese and garlic mixture on them and then place buttered bread slices on top of the bread. After this, toast the bread slices by putting them in the toaster and then taste the hot toast with chili sauce.

4. Dal Shortbread: For dal kachori, first grind a cup of yellow lentils. Now heat oil in a pan and add one teaspoon cumin, ginger, asafoetida, green chili, lentils, chili powder as per taste, sev and 1/4 cup water and cook all the things well. After this, knead the dough by mixing one cup of flour, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and salt in a bowl. In the end, mix both the mixture and roll small shortcakes and eat them after deep-frying.
